Outcome 1

More positive attitude towards new technologies and services, with increased confidence in their ability to interact with the wider safer community environments that they will be involved with.
Peer too peer volunteers will have greatly improved skill levels generated by the advanced training they receive.

Outcome 2

The established community will be safer, stronger and more able to work together to alleviate lack of contact with others, exclusion from new technologies, and through the user group forum obtain better services for their community

Outcome 3

People will have more knowledge of new technologies through better training, and will develop an increased skill level, with a more sustainable environment that will improve their lifestyle and mental stability, by the safe and increased contacts that they can develop through the community peer to peer training and the chat room.
